Fighting against global warming, other than saving energy and reducing carbon emissions, greening and beautifying our environs is important. Growing trees not only makes a place greener and more beautiful, but can also keep the air clean while conserving soil and water. Maolin National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Bureau, MOTC planted quite a few trees at Xinwei Forest Park on March 12, 2020 as an annual Arbor Day celebration event. The Administration team showed their love for the Earth through such a practical act.
The Administration got a total of 400 young trees from the Forestry Bureau for this event. The participating team members all learned how precious trees are, and they vowed to protect the environs more and respect the nature. Last, but not the least, Xinwei Forest Park is an ideal place to visit during the Wuhan pneumonia outbreak. All visitors are cordially invited to immerse in the beautiful nature at Xinwei Forest Park - a vast, open place.
