The Lukai Cultural Center is on Zhongshan Alley in Wutai Village of Wutai Township. The center is a slate stone house built with modern techniques, surrounded by a traditional Lukai dance-themed fence. The three-story center aims to preserve Lukai culture and features traditional artifacts and relics from the Lukai Tribe, reflecting the diversity of the indigenous culture.

The first floor is an event hall where exhibitions are held from time to time. The second floor is where Lukai relics are on display. Besides the cultural displays, there is also a sample slate stone house outside the exhibition hall. The sample house features complete but simple furniture inside, allowing tourists to deepen their understanding of the architecture and characteristics of slate stone houses, which are cozy to live in during both summer and winter.
