Explore Tengjhih, have fun in Maolin, and bring home free gifts

2021-04-30

After 12 long years, a beautiful forest area called Tengjhih is finally reinaugurated on May 7. Online reservations have been highly popular since April 22 when the system was launched, showing that people are eager to immerse in Tengjhih’s beautiful forests again.

To encourage people to visit Tengjhih, Maolin National Scenic Area Administration provides special offers in local shops. Upon presenting Tengjhih’s admission-ticket receipts or tour tickets, visitors can get small gifts for free at Xinwei, Maolin, and Rinari Visitor Centers. Respectively 1,000 gifts will be distributed at each center. A relaxing journey to Tengjhih National Forest Recreation Area in Maolin is highly recommended - it is a lot of fun and visitors can bring home local specialties for free.

Please be reminded that Tengjhih National Forest Recreation Area only receives up to 500 visitors per day. Maximum 300 visitors are accepted via the area’s reservation system. Maximum 200 other visitors are accepted via Liugui Tourism & Leisure Association in Kaohsiung City.
